Caleb is the heart behind Solt’s Construction and Repair. As the owner, he brings a passion for craftsmanship and a deep commitment to serving others. Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors, chasing after his energetic twin boys, exploring new food spots, and supporting fellow local businesses. His faith and community involvement, especially through church, are at the core of everything he does-on and off the job site.
Kevin
Lead Carpenter
Kevin is the lead contractor here at Solt’s and brings a calm, steady presence to every job. He’s passionate about the work he does and takes pride in building spaces people truly love. When he’s not on site, he’s usually hanging out with his three dogs, flying drones for fun, or trying new spots to eat around town. Kevin’s the kind of guy who shows up for his team and his community, and it shows in everything he does.
Laken
Customer Care Manager & Content Creator
Laken grew up in Western Howard County, learning the ropes of construction alongside her dad—so caring for customers in this industry comes naturally. She’s the friendly voice behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly and clients feel supported every step of the way.Outside of work, she enjoys a mix of calm and adventure—whether she’s walking her dog Hank, spending time near the water, or hanging out in Baltimore for game days, she’s all in—go Ravens!
Katrina
Office Administrator
Katrina keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes and brings a sense of calm and care to everything she does. As Caleb’s wife, and the glue of their beautiful family, her days are filled with love, laughter, and plenty of activity. When she’s not handling office tasks, she’s busy planning fun adventures and being present with their twin boys—who are the center of her world. She’s always ready to lend a hand wherever needed.
