Construction Lead.
We’re looking for an individual who possesses a solid construction background with 7-10
years of experience and has their own truck and tools. This person must demonstrate a high

Description:
- Brings truck and tools with materials to job daily
- Proficient knowledge of multiple products used for each trade and how to use them
- Measure and estimate materials needed for job
- Able to complete job efficiently despite obstacles, like dry time for paint and spackle
- Managing window and door placements, framing tasks, and exterior siding
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Complete multi-trade jobs: siding, windows, kitchens, bathroom, framing
- Frame and layout framing for additions and decks
- Install kitchens with detailed crown and trim details
- Lead a team, ensuring they’re performing to the company’s high standards.
- Liaising with clients, being their main point of contact for project updates and inquiries.
- Overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they’re completed within budget and
schedule. - Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, managers, and designers
- Read and follow scope of work, blueprints, and drawings
Required skills experience:
- Have your own truck and tools (power tools and hand tools)
- 7+ years of carpentry or trade experience
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Professional in appearance and diction on the jobsite
- Able to work with and manage subs, carpenters, laborers, and customers
- Work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Detail oriented and an acute sense of awareness
- Eager to learn and teach new techniques and products
- Willing to estimate and pick up materials for jobs
